Dr. Jessica Ford- Harris is a dedicated educational leader with more than a decade of experience serving students, educators, and school communities. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to creating learning environments where students feel connected, challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Dr. Ford-Harris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Norfolk State University, Master of Education degree from Georgia State University, Educational Specialist degree from Regent University, P–12 Administration and Supervision certification from the University of Georgia, and Doctor of Education degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Virginia State University.
Her diverse educational experience spans kindergarten through 12th grade and includes service as a secondary mathematics teacher, elementary mathematics interventionist, K–8 mathematics instructional coach, district Coordinator of Professional Learning, and school-based administrator at both the high school and middle school levels. These experiences have shaped her belief that strong relationships, high expectations, engaging instruction, and meaningful partnerships with families and the community are essential to student success.
Prior to becoming Interim Principal of Albert H. Hill Middle School, Dr. Ford-Harris proudly served the Hill community for three years as Assistant Principal. During that time, she built meaningful relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners while developing a deep appreciation for the rich history, traditions, and potential of Albert Hill. Her transition to interim principal reflects her continued commitment to the school community she has had the privilege of serving.
As Interim Principal, Dr. Ford-Harris is committed to cultivating a school community where every student is known, valued, supported, and expected to achieve at high levels. She believes middle school is a pivotal time in a young person’s development and that strong relationships, high expectations, engaging instruction, and meaningful partnerships with families and the community are essential to student success.
Dr. Ford-Harris is honored to continue serving the students, families, staff, and community of Albert H. Hill Middle School and is committed to building upon the school's strengths while creating opportunities for every Tiger to learn, grow, and thrive.
Ms. Kassandra Epps has dedicated more than a decade to public education, serving students, families, and school communities with a commitment to academic excellence and equity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Education from Liberty University, along with Virginia endorsements in Middle Grades Science, Biology, Technology Education, and K–12 Administration & Supervision.
She began her career as a middle school science teacher, department leader, and administrative aide before serving as Director for the Center for Environmental Studies and Sustainability in Henrico County Public Schools, where she advanced environmental literacy and community partnerships. She most recently served as an Administrative Intern at Tucker High School, supporting instruction, student services, operations, and staff development. Ms. Epps is excited to join the Albert Hill Middle School community as Assistant Principal and looks forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to advance a culture of growth, belonging, and excellence.
Mr. Robinson is thrilled to be part of the Albert Hill team and serve this wonderfully diverse community. As a proud 2007 graduate of Varina High School, his passion for history was sparked during his time there. He earned a track scholarship to Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he received his B.A. in Political Science. He later obtained a Master's of Education in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, along with an Administration and Supervision K-12 endorsement from Longwood University.
Over the past 12 years, he has served in various roles in education-including instructional assistant, history teacher, and administrative intern. He had the honor of working with the communities at Henderson Middle School, Elkhardt-Thompson/River City, Varina High School, and most recently, Fairfield Middle School. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, watching wrestling, and spending quality time with his family. As a lifelong learner, he deeply values collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure the success of every student.
