Welcome to the Albert Hill Library!
The librarian, Mr. Harter, is excited to welcome you back in person to check out all the amazing resources that are available at Albert Hill.
There are over 5,000 books available for checkout, and new books are introduced into the collection all the time. You can browse the collection through our library circulation software called Destiny, which can be found here.
There is also a dedicated Makerspace area that includes both high and low tech opportunities. There are also numerous educational games and kits students can use in the library.
We have access to several great databases that can help with research as well.

Summer Reading- 2024
This summer’s reading will allow students to choose their own book from the combined 2024-2025 Virginia Reader’s Choice Middle School List and the VA READS Middle Grades/Chapter Books List. These are curated lists of books that come out every year courtesy of the Virginia State Literacy Association, the Virginia Association of School Librarians, the Virginia Library Association and the Library of Virginia Youth Services. These books are readily available for purchase and also can be checked out at your local public library.
